  • Part II: Current Court Process for Child Protection Proceedings
    • Legal procedures following the apprehension of a child (explanation of Court documents, service requirements, timelines under the CFS Act)
    • Types of Court Orders
    • Calculation of Temporary Guardianship time under the CFS Act
    • Information to include in Case Plans prepared for the purposes of Court
    • Child Protection Docket Court and 60-day timeline
    • Intake Hearing Court
    • Pre-Trial Conferences and Trials
    • Section 42 transfers of guardianship
