Introduction to Signs of Safety

 

In this one-day training, we will look at the basic tenets and principles of Signs of Safety. We will increase our understanding of basic questioning, use of various tools such as 3 Houses, Wizards and Fairies, Safety House, Harm and Danger and Mapping.

Be Curious! Using Effective Questions

In this one day training, we will expand our knowledge of questions, and how to use them effectively within our practice. Particular emphasis will be on the EARS model of questioning (Elicit, Amplify, Reflect, Start Over) and the different types of questions. This training will be helpful for anyone looking to hone their skill of curiosity.

Advanced Case Planning: Trajectories in Action

In this two day training, we will drill into the use of trajectories as a case planning tool. This is an intensive workshop where each participant will be asked to bring a family plan that they would like to reflect on over the two days. This training combines Signs of Safety, effective questions, and creation of a network into our daily practice.
