Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

November 18, 2021 to November 19, 2021

The Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training is a 2-day workshop designed to help all staff and caregivers become more willing, ready and able to help persons at risk of suicide. Prepared caregivers can help prevent suicide, and this program provides the opportunity to increase comfort levels and competence in doing a suicide intervention. All staff and care providers are encouraged to attend. Course will run 9:00am-4:00pm both days.
