Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training

May 17, 2022 to June 22, 2022

Service/care providers are often faced with challenging behaviors and potentially dangerous situations on a daily basis. How we respond greatly determines the safety of everyone involved- and profoundly impacts the relationships with those in your care. The Non-violent Crisis Intervention program equips individuals to respond effectively to the warning signs that someone is beginning to escalate, but also addresses how we as individuals can manage our own anxiety and emotions when confronted with challenging situations. Please note, staff will now leave with their certificate to avoid the delays in mailing.
